Tropical Chicken Salad Sandwiches

I don't know where this recipe originated, but I think it is occasionally nice to have a change from the traditional chicken and grape combo.
 
Ingredients
  • 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken, drained 
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple 
  • ½ cup slivered almonds  
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut, optional
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon sugar  
Directions
  1. Mix chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple, almonds, and coconut in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine milk, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and sugar.
  3. Combine together and refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Serve on croissant rolls.
