Ingredients
- 1 can (12.5 oz) chicken, drained
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- ½ cup crushed pineapple
- ½ cup slivered almonds
- ¼ cup shredded coconut, optional
- 1 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- Mix chicken, mandarin oranges, pineapple, almonds, and coconut in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine milk, mayonnaise, garlic salt, and sugar.
- Combine together and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Serve on croissant rolls.
