Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup butter
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Prepare muffin tins with cooking spray.
- Blend eggs, milk, flour, salt and vanilla in a blender until no clumps remain.
- Gradually add melted butter to the blender.
- Fill muffin tins approximately ¾ full.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until brown and puffy.
