Ingredients
- 2 cans bean dip
- 3 avocados
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- Taco seasoning, to taste
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can olives, drained (optional)
Directions
- In a small bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning. Set aside.
- In a 9x13 pan layer the bean dip, then avocado mix, sour cream mix, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and olives.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
